Cards

Where can you send the card?  We can either send the card directly to you or we can send it to any recipient of your choosing.

If you send the card direct to a recipient of mine how will the card be sent?  We will send the card as if it has been sent directly from you i.e. in its own envelope without the plastic wrap.

Can you hand write a message in the card for me? Yes we can handwrite your card for you free of charge. We have three different styles of handwriting to choose from, all of which will be well written and with perfect spelling.

When can my card be posted? Your card can be posted either straight away or at a specific date at your choosing. All cards that are either being sent to you, or your recipient will be sent via 1^st class mail.

When will my card arrive ? The royal mail have a 93% next day delivery rate on all there 1^st class mail .

Where can you send the gift?  We can either send the gift directly to you or we can send it to any recipient of your choosing.

If you send the gift direct to a recipient of mine how will the gift be sent?  If the gift has been purchased with gift wrap and ribbon we will wrap the present professionally for you and send it as if it has come direct from you .

When can my gift be posted? Your gift can be posted either straight away or at a specific date at your choosing. All gifts that are either being sent to you, or your recipient will be sent via 1^st class parcel mail or with parcel force.

When will my gift arrive ? The royal mail have a 93% next day delivery rate on all there 1^st class mail , if the parcel is sent via parcel force it will be sent with priority shipping so should arrive within 2 days .

Delivery

How can i check on my order status ? You can check your order by login into your account through the login section. When an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation that confirms what and when an item was ordered. You can also click on the 'check order status' link at the bottom of our hompage and enter the unique transaction I.D that we gave to your order.

Payment

How to Pay ? We accept all major credit and debit cards apart from American express and diners card. We will also accept Paypal and payment via postal order and cheque.

What security does the payment have ? We use the largest independent payment gateway in the UK called Sage Pay. This is dedicated to having complete security for your card and account information . When you enter your details its fully encrypted , our own site does not handle any of this information ourselves.
